You might remember Kate Kato’s work from our post last year. However, after clapping our eyes on her latest designs, we simply had to share.

The UK-based artist is a self-confessed insect addict, and has combined this passion with a love of crafting to produce unique, miniature sculptures. What began as a small project a few years ago has now amounted to a collection of over 100 different species – and it’s still being added to.

All of the insects are hand cut, using a scalpel, and some are hand embroidered to create true-to-life patterns and textures. Discover more at www.kasasagidesign.com.
