Wrigley Extra Gum’s new campaign Give Extra, Get Extra focuses on the lasting connections that can begin with something small, yet meaningful. Created by ad agency Energy BBDO, a new two-minute spot features Sarah and Juan, two teenagers who meet at high school over a stick of Extra gum, and follows them as they fall in love, navigate a long-distance relationship and eventually get engaged—including a clever plan involving a marriage proposal with sketches drawn on gum wrappers. The film struck a chord with consumers, garnering more than ten million views on YouTube.
