Take a Trip from the Black Sand Beaches to the Rushing Green Waters
For some, a spur-of-the-moment holiday means a weekend trip into the city; for Morten Solvstrom, it meant flying from Denmark to Reykjavik for a 10-day-long road trip across the coast of Iceland. Now based in New York, the Danish art director brought home a stunning series of landscape photographs showcasing the remarkable geological forms and striking scenic vistas. The images put nature’s melodramas at the forefront: from the black rock beaches to the rushing green waters, the natural landscapes make beautiful subjects.
