Split Space is a cute little holiday apartment smack in the middle of the coastal town of Split, Croatia. Although quite small, the apartment came into existence by merging two floors and is, in a way, split in two parts. Hence the name.
Our goal with the identity was to portray the setting — the climate, the landscape and the Mediterranean backdrop — as well as the main characteristics of the apartment.
The logo conspicuously displays the apartment’s contour — a space split in two parts — but it also, intentionally, pays homage to the local landscape by incorporating the sun, sea, and coast.
The visual identity, with it’s heavy accent on the Mediterranean-inspired illustrations, made its way onto the items created for guests and spread throughout the space of the apartment to form a subtle branding experience.
No digital mock-ups were used in the presentation of the materials.
