Anyone well-versed in London’s thriving nightlife will be familiar with The Arts Club. Located on Mayfair’s Dover Street, it has been a staple on the central circuit since 1863. Originally founded by Charles Dickens as a haven for professionals in the Arts, Literature or Sciences, the club has survived two world wars – continually inventing new ways to provide contemporary luxury for its members.

Now the club has extended its offering in the form of a luxury boutique hotel for members and their guests, to access the full facilities throughout their stay. The hotel has 16 bedrooms and suites, and with rooms starting from £600 per night it’s certainly not cheap – however, the fixtures and fittings are not only of the highest quality, but have been created bespoke for the hotel. Even if a stay isn’t quite on the cards, we can gaze admiringly at the photos.
