The Colonial Quartet of Units Juxtaposes Urban Developments with Heritage and History

For the Antonio Sola Townhouses, the team at architecture firm Ambrosi | Echtegaray was tasked with updating the interiors of four historic units in Condessa, Mexico City. Due to the region’s rich cultural heritage, special care went into preserving the building’s treasured facade. However, that did not impede the modern stylization of the interior area: from the thick concrete stairways to the wide windows, the renovated interior is a refreshing abode that respects the history upon which it was built.
