The Berlin-based artist shows her exotic new series
Sarah Illenberger created the photographic series Wonderplants this summer in a small city garden in Porto, Portugal. Using leaves from the botanical gardens, tapes and stickers from the local stationary shop and the bright mid-summer sunlight she created twelve images which show a collaboration with nature.
Multi-disciplinary artist Sarah Illenberger is working at the intersection of art, graphic design, and photography. With a focus on analog craftwork using everyday items, Sarah is renowned for creating vivid, witty images that open up new perspectives on seemingly familiar subjects.
